Shotcrete Supervisor – Olympic Dam | 14/14 Roster

Located 550 km north‑west of Adelaide, the Olympic Dam Mine is home to one of the world’s most significant copper, gold, and uranium deposits, operated by global mining leader BHP.

In July 2023, Redpath commenced a major contract at Olympic Dam, delivering Shotcreting, Cablebolting, Batch Plant Services and Fleet Maintenance. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee safe, productive operation of batch plant and shotcrete activities
  • Lead, coach and support shotcrete and batch plant teams
  • Maintain strong QA/QC practices
  • Drive a high-performance, safety-first culture

About You

  • Demonstrated experience supervising or running batch plant and shotcrete operations
  • Extensive underground mining experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPLs accepted)
  • Valid Australian manual driver’s licence
  • Strong commitment to safety and hazard identification
